What is the pelvic floor?
The pelvic floor is made up of a system of muscles and connective tissue structures that support the pelvic organs. It contributes to healthy bladder and bowel function, urinary continence, core stability and the quality of intimate life. Its weakening may be associated with pregnancy, childbirth, hormonal changes, ageing or certain surgical procedures. It may manifest, for example, as urine leakage, a feeling of insufficient support or a change in comfort in the intimate area.

How the treatment works
The treatment uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM®) technology, which activates the deep pelvic floor muscles. A single procedure produces thousands of supramaximal muscle contractions that cannot be achieved through ordinary exercise. This results in intensive activation of the pelvic floor muscles and supports their proper function.

Course of the treatment
Before therapy begins, you will have a specialist consultation during which we assess the nature of your symptoms and propose a suitable treatment plan. The procedure itself takes approximately 30 minutes. The intensity of the electromagnetic pulses is set individually according to your needs and continuously adjusted during the treatment to make the therapy as comfortable as possible. During the procedure, most clients feel repeated contractions of the pelvic floor muscles, which are a natural part of the treatment.
Aftercare
No special care or recovery time is needed after the treatment. You can return to your usual daily activities immediately after the procedure. If the specialist recommends a series of treatments, it is advisable to follow the proposed schedule of visits.
