Who is the treatment suitable for?
The treatment is suitable for anyone who wants to restore the skin's natural hydration and give it a fresh look. It is recommended at the first signs of ageing, for loss of elasticity and firmness, fine lines, and for skin that looks tired, sallow or weakened by sun exposure. The face, neck, décolletage, hands, arms and knee area can all be treated. The treatment is always preceded by a consultation with a doctor, who assesses the condition of your skin and recommends a suitable product – Profhilo deep hydration or Jalupro Super Hydro biorevitalisation.
What is biorevitalisation?
Biorevitalisation is a gentle injectable treatment based on highly purified hyaluronic acid – a substance naturally present in the skin that diminishes with age. After application, the product spreads through the intercellular spaces of the skin, where it binds water and helps improve skin structure. Unlike fillers, it does not add volume or change the shape of the face; its aim is hydrated, more elastic and overall revitalised skin. At our clinic we offer Profhilo and Jalupro Super Hydro.

How the treatment works
The doctor injects hyaluronic acid with a fine needle into several precisely defined points. From there, the substance gradually spreads through the skin, intensively hydrating it and helping to improve its quality. It may also support the natural production of collagen and elastin, which contribute to the firmness and elasticity of the skin. The effect develops gradually and usually lasts approximately 6–12 months. For an optimal result, two treatments one month apart are recommended.

Course of the treatment
The treatment begins with a consultation with a doctor, who assesses your skin and selects a suitable product. If needed, a numbing cream is applied to the treatment area. The doctor then injects hyaluronic acid with a fine needle into predetermined points. The procedure is quick, gentle and carried out on an outpatient basis, so you can return to your usual day afterwards. The recommended protocol consists of two treatments, the second following approximately one month after the first.
Aftercare
No significant recovery period is needed. On the day of the treatment, do not wear make-up and avoid touching the treated areas unnecessarily. For one week, it is advisable to avoid saunas, strenuous exercise and hot baths. For a few days before and after the application, it is recommended to limit alcohol and coffee and to discuss the use of blood thinners or anti-inflammatory medication with your doctor. If you notice any unusual or prolonged reaction, contact your treating doctor.

What is the difference between Profhilo and Jalupro Super Hydro?
Both treatments work with hyaluronic acid and target skin hydration and quality. Your doctor will recommend which product is more suitable for you during the consultation, based on the condition of your skin.
How many treatments are needed?
The recommended protocol consists of two treatments approximately one month apart. With Jalupro Super Hydro, a course of three treatments is also possible.

Will the treatment change the shape of my face?
