How the treatment works
During the treatment, a highly concentrated and purified hyaluronic acid product is introduced into the deeper subcutaneous layers. The aim is to support the remodelling of fatty tissue and the renewal of the subcutaneous layer, which loses volume and firmness with age. The application is performed with a blunt cannula, most often in the upper part of the face, and always according to an individual protocol set by the doctor. The result can be a natural-looking lifting effect, subtler facial contouring and firmer, fresher-looking skin without the need for surgery.

Course of the treatment
The treatment is preceded by a consultation with a doctor, who assesses your facial structure and proposes the application sites. The cannula application itself takes approximately 15–30 minutes and is carried out on an outpatient basis. For an optimal result, two treatments about one month apart are usually recommended. Immediately after the procedure, you can usually return to your normal daily activities. The treatment may only be performed by a qualified doctor with the relevant certification.
Aftercare
Mild swelling, redness, small bruises or tenderness may appear after the treatment; these usually subside within a few days. Do not apply make-up for at least twelve hours and do not press or massage the treated area. For two to five days, avoid strenuous physical activity, saunas, swimming pools, hot baths, sunbeds and direct sunlight. Treat your skin gently and use high sun protection of SPF 50+. If you notice any unusual or prolonged reaction, contact your treating doctor.
