Ear piercing
Ear piercing is a quick method of piercing the earlobes using a special applicator system. It allows precise placement of the earrings with minimal disruption to the surrounding tissue.
Who is the treatment suitable for?
Ear piercing is suitable for children and adults who wish to have holes for earrings created safely and hygienically. The procedure can be performed on one or both earlobes.
For children, it is important to take into account their age, health and ability to cooperate during the procedure. The suitability of the treatment is assessed by a healthcare professional with regard to the individual circumstances.
What does it address?
Piercing of the earlobes
Insertion of the first earrings
Placement of the earrings
How ear piercing works
Before piercing, the earlobes are checked, cleaned and disinfected. The positions of the future holes are then marked so that their placement matches the shape and proportions of the ears.
Using a special applicator system, an earring is inserted into the earlobe, creating the hole at the same time. The application itself takes only a moment.
After the procedure, the client receives instructions on caring for the newly created holes and advice on how they heal.

Course of the treatment
The whole process is short and takes place in the calm environment of the surgery. After a brief discussion with the doctor, you choose your earrings, and the doctor prepares and disinfects everything needed and marks the piercing points. Only once the placement is right does the piercing itself follow, which takes just a moment and is almost painless. The procedure is performed by a qualified and experienced professional to keep the risks as low as possible. Finally, you will receive brief instructions on how to care for your pierced ears.
Care after piercing
After ear piercing, mild redness, tenderness or slight swelling of the earlobes may occur. During healing, it is important to keep the area clean, touch the earrings only with clean hands and follow the recommended hygiene.
The first earrings must be left in for the period recommended by the healthcare professional so that the holes can heal properly. During healing, avoid unnecessary handling of the earrings, mechanical irritation and pressure on the earlobes.
If you experience significant redness, pain, swelling or discharge from the piercing site, please contact a doctor.
